Billing

Every workspace starts with a 14-day trial of everything. After it, Wunderly is priced per site: $19 a month for your first site and $9 for each other, or $190 and $90 a year. Pricing has the details.

Paying

Subscribe in Settings → Plan: tick the sites to pay for, choose monthly or yearly, and the total shows before anything opens. Paddle, our reseller, takes the payment in its own checkout over the page and sends the invoices and receipts, tax included. Settings says you're subscribed once Paddle confirms it, usually within seconds.

The founding price

The first 50 workspaces to subscribe get their first site at $14 a month (or $140 a year) for life. Their other sites are $9 a month, as for everyone.

The 14-day trial

The trial starts when you sign up. No card. It covers every site you add. Three days before it ends we email you and say so in the app. Subscribing during the trial ends it, and billing starts that day.

Pageviews

Each site includes 100,000 pageviews a month, counted in the site's own calendar month. Above that, each 100,000 or part of it is $10. We email you when a site passes each 100,000, and Settings → Plan shows the running figure. The month is charged once it ends: on your next bill on a monthly plan, or three days after the email on a yearly one. A trial is never charged.

Changing or cancelling

  • Adding a site to a paid plan shows its price and what Paddle charges today for the rest of the period before it's added.
  • Stop billing a site and it comes off your next bill. It keeps working until the period you paid for ends; nothing is refunded for that period.
  • Cancelling keeps everything working to the end of the period you paid for. Keep my plan takes it back until then.
  • The workspace's owner can change monthly to yearly and back. Paddle charges or credits the difference at once.
  • If a payment fails, the plan stays while Paddle tries the card again over the next few days; update it under Payment. Paddle's page has your card and every receipt.

When a plan ends

A site whose trial or plan ended is read-only: its main page, requests and export stay open, and nothing can be changed. Wunderly keeps counting its visits and taking requests for 30 days; after that nothing new is counted and its forms say "This form is paused." What was counted stays, under the usual retention, until you subscribe again or delete it. The weekly checks and the report stop when the plan ends.
