Refund Policy
Last updated October 18, 2026
If Wunderly isn't right for you, you can have your money back within 14 days of any payment. This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. The 14-Day Refund
You may request a full refund of any payment within 14 days of the date it was made. This applies to a first payment, to a monthly or yearly renewal, to the amount charged when you add a website or switch between monthly and yearly billing, and to a charge for extra pageviews. No reason is required.
2. How to Request a Refund
Write to support@usewunderly.com from the email address on your account, or reply to your receipt. Plans are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our reseller and merchant of record, so you may also request a refund from Paddle directly at paddle.net, using the details on your receipt.
3. What Happens After a Refund
- Paddle returns the payment to the card or account it came from. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- A refunded subscription is cancelled straight away. Your websites then work as they do when a plan ends: for 30 days they keep counting and taking requests, and you can read everything, then counting stops. Nothing is deleted because of the refund.
- A refunded charge for extra pageviews leaves your plan as it was.
4. After 14 Days
Payments older than 14 days are not refunded, except where the law requires it or Paddle's buyer terms provide for it. You can cancel at any time in Settings, and your plan continues until the end of the period you paid for.
5. The Trial
The 14-day trial asks for no payment card, so it never needs a refund.
6. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right to a refund that you have under the law where you live.
